If you are not happy with the product that you have got from us, You can exchange it ( Please inspect your order before paying). We offer a full money-back guarantee in case of manufacturing defect for all purchases made on either our website or store. Buyer pays exchange shipping fee and refund fees in case of no manufacturing defects. Returns are not available after paying, returns are only available on door before paying.
The product must be in the same condition and undamaged in any way with the ticket attached as received and customers are only eligible for one Exchange process per order.
If the product is damaged in anyway, original Marble Tickets been removed or you have initiated the return after 3 days have passed since the date of purchase, you will not be eligible for an Exchange.
At the mean time Exchanges are not available for International orders (outside Egypt).
